As part of our Turangawaewae concept, the Room 2 Tuis walked around our school to find Nikau trees.
Miss took photos of them and downloaded some images of Nikau from the internet. These were printed off and shown on the interactive whiteboard to help us.
We then used special thick, dark sketching pencils to create our image of a Nikau.
